Yes. Until the payment is not done, you can edit the information provided by you using edit option.
(D)What are the non-editable fields ?
Mobile Number, Email ID and Aadhar are not editable after submission as they are unique fields. In case of any mistake you may write

(E) What if few keys like Y,Z are not working ?
Do keep OFF the CAPS LOCK to rectify.
(A) How my details are verified ?
- To verify the personal info, OTP is sent to Mobile as well as Email. On verification, enter any one OTP (either Email or Mobile) to verify.
(B) If OTP is not received, what to do ?
- Usually, OTP is delivered within 5 minutes duration. Plese wait until the OTP is received. In case of Email OTP, please do check in SPAM folder, as it may be in that folder also.
Please note, hotmail and outlook mails are not engaged as automatic reply path is not accessible, so avoid these mail accounts to register.
(C) Common problems related to OTP ?
The OTP is mandatory as the communication further will only be via Mobile or Email.
As long as any one OTP is received, you can enter it verify Application.

(C) How to select exam centers of my choice ?
Choose four centers choice for appearing exam as one which is near to you, which is near to you, easily accessible to you.
(A) What is the fees structure for CITS Entrance Exam ?
Fee of Rs.500 for General, EWS and OBC Male candidates and for all other candidates Rs.300 will be the fee.
(B) what is the mode of payment ?
The fee should only be paid using online link, which automatically available after filling application details. You may use debit, credit cards, netbanking, etc. to pay
(C) If not updated my payment, what to do ?
Usually the payment is updated immediately after it is accepted. Anyhow, a reconciliation is done by everyday night and
automatically updated into user accounts. Please wait for updates in such cases.
(D) If paid more than one time, how to go for refund ?
If paid twice, please write to nimionlineadmission.in about such payments. It will be reversed to you.
(E) Is there any receipt generated ?
Payment receipts are generated by CCAvenue Payment Gateway automatically on successful payments and an receipt is sent through registered email.
Please note, any transaction without CCAvenue Confirmation Mail is not a fulfilled payment. In such cases, the payment will be automatically reversed (or) contact your bank for info.
(F) I'm getting 'Oops.. ' error while initiating payment..!
This occurs when unrecognized characters entered in your Address, City. Edit your profile and remove any &( ) [ ] symbols entered (like (P.O) to PO). These characters cause the payment gateway preventing from initializing.
Application Process
Step 1- Registration: Candidate have to register using their basic details like name, father's name, mobile number and email address. A login ID will be created for each candidate.Step 2- Filling Personal Details: Candidates have to enter their details of address, nationality and categoryStep 3- Filling up of Academic and Technical qualification along with information like marks of qualifying exams and board. Step 4- Selection Trade and Exam Centre: Candidate selects his Trade of study and Trade relevant to his branch or group of study. Also candidates will choose his nearest Exam centre. Four choices will be available. Candidate will be allotted as per the availability and his choice of centre 5- Uploading Documents: Photo, signature and all documentary proof like certificates are uploaded by the candidates.Step 6- Editing details: Candidates must verify all their details furnished in application form as no corrections will be allowed in later stages. After verifying all the details, candidate can proceed to payment.
Candidates are allowed to edit their details in the Application form till they make the payment.Step 7- Payment of Exam Fees: Students who have successfully registered are now required to pay the fees as per their respective category. Application fees for General/OBC is Rs.500 and Rs.300 for SC/ST category, women, PH and EWS candidates. Mock Test: A link for mock test will be provided in the website, Candidates can get a feel of the original Computer based Test by proceeding through the link.Hall Tickets: Hall Tickets will be made available in the respective student Login and can be downloaded by the students. Hall Ticket will indicate the name, trade, exam centre of the candidate and session of exam.Results of AICET: Exam results will be displayed in the login of each and every AICET registered candidate.Merit List: As per the marks scored by the candidates in AICET, a common single merit list will be generated with a lower cut off fixed. The ranking of the candidate will be displayed side by side.Call for First Counselling: First 5000 ranked candidates will be called for first counselling. Candidates will be notified by mail and SMS.Choice of Institute: Notified candidates can login using their credentials and choose the choice of their institute starting from first institute of preference to the last. Based on their ranking and choice made by other candidates, the availability of seats can be viewed by the candidate. The choice can be locked by the candidate based on the availability shown in their login, which is dynamic based on other candidate choice. Once the choice is made and locked no further change in choice will be entertained. To instill seriousness in the process, Candidates will have to pay the admission fee of Rupees 1000 while completing the choice of Institute. The admission fees will be adjusted during the certificate verification and admission process.Finalised List of Institute choice: After the deadline of Choice is over the finalised list of Institute allotted will be displayed in candidate loginAdmission and verification of certificates: Based on the availability, choice of Institutes and reservation policy, Institutes will be allotted to candidates. Candidates will have to proceed to the allotted institute along with the originals of all documents, get it verified at the allotted institute within the stipulated date and time and complete the admission process. Candidates who do not complete the admission process within the stipulated time will forfeit their chance of admission and will be considered if required only during spot admission. Seats selected by candidates and have not joined will not be considered vacant till spot admission (to create a fair opportunity for meritorious candidates in getting their desired choice of institute).Call for Second Counselling: candidates ranked from 5001 to 10000 will be called for second counselling. Candidates will be notified by mail and SMS. Choice of Institute: Candidates will have to make a choice of institute as done in first counsellingAdmission and verification of certificates: same as first counsellingCall for Third Counselling: candidates ranked from 10001 to 15000 will be called for second counselling. Ans Question paper will be both in English&Hindi.Ques. How would I remove my documents if it is uploaded successfully, but in modify there is no option to remove it?
Ans Documents once uploaded cannot be deleted but can be replaced with new one using the modify option.Ques. I have completed ITI with COPA trade from SCVT can I apply?
Ans No. The SCVT holders must have Apprenticeship certificate in same trade. Then only he/she can apply.Ques. I am in the final semester of All India Trade Test (AITT) during July 2019, I do not have ITI certificate, what certificate should I upload?
